These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Paris Flex Transfer website (https://www.parisflextransfer.com) and transportation services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

Paris Flex Transfer provides premium private transportation services in Paris and surrounding areas, including airport transfers, transportation to tourist attractions, and customized journeys. Our services include:

• Private transfers between Paris and its suburbs and airports (Charles de Gaulle, Orly, and Beauvais-Tillé)
• Private transfers to and from train stations in Paris
• Private transfers to tourist destinations including Disneyland Paris, Versailles, Loire Valley, Normandy, Champagne, and other locations

All our services are provided on a private basis, meaning you will not share your vehicle with other unrelated passengers.

2. Booking and Reservation

2.1 Booking Process

You can make a reservation through our website, by email, or by phone. To complete a booking, you must provide accurate personal and travel information, including your name, contact details, pickup/dropoff locations, date, time, and number of passengers.

2.2 Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation by email immediately or within a few minutes. This confirmation will include all details regarding your private transfer and our contact information. Your booking is not considered confirmed until you receive this confirmation email.

2.3 Advance Bookings

We recommend making bookings at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability and allow us to prepare for your service. While we will attempt to accommodate last-minute requests, these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are fixed before departure and include all applicable taxes, luggage handling, and other standard services. There are no hidden charges or waiting charges. The price you see is the price you pay at the end of your trip.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash payment directly to the driver
• Credit card payment to the driver via a secure card terminal
• Online payment via our secure payment gateway
• Bank transfer (for corporate clients)

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 48 hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before scheduled pickup: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Paris Flex Transfer

In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund and assist in finding alternative transportation where possible.

5. Pickup and Travel

5.1 Pickup Procedure

For airport pickups, our driver will meet you at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. For hotel or address pickups, our driver will meet you at the specified location at the agreed time.

5.2 Waiting Time

We provide complimentary waiting time of:

• 60 minutes for international flights
• 30 minutes for domestic flights
• 15 minutes for hotel/address pickups

Additional waiting time may incur extra charges as specified in your booking confirmation.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Paris Flex Transfer with respect to the services provided and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Paris Flex Transfer.
